At Verdantia Floral Group Horticulture we have been growing plants for over 13 years. Each year we deliver over 10 million plants and cut flowers to retailers and consumer all over the Netherlands and Canada. The knowledge and expertise of our growers combined with the technology and innovation in our state of the art glasshouse, enables us to consistently produce an extensive range of high quality plants and cut flowers at scale.

Here at the Verdantia Floral Group Co we grow and sell exquisite cut flowers in Netherlands and Canada . We focus on bringing the joy of flowers to our local customers, and hold regular Cut Your Own experiences as well as wholesaling cut flowers to farm shops and event florists far and wide.
We host guided tours of the farm from April - September and welcome distinguished florists to the farm to run creative floral workshops for those wishing to learn about using flowers or simply have a heavenly couple of hours of expert floral tuition.
The farm is also home to Quality flowers , a specialist provider of rooted cuttings, potted tubers and dahlia stems which are sold to anyone who shares our love of these amazing flowers.

Verdantia Floral Group – Recruitment, Immigration & Farm Operations
Our hiring process begins with submitting an application through our careers page. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for an interview. Successful applicants receive a formal job offer before any immigration steps begin.
Immigration and recruitment services are managed by our official consultant, Marcos Ortiz of Mo Immigration and Recruitment Services. He is responsible for guiding applicants through legal documentation and compliance.
Verdantia Floral Group does not charge applicants for job offers. Any immigration-related fees will be clearly explained by our consultant and must always follow official government requirements.
Sponsorship availability depends on the role, country of employment, and candidate eligibility. Eligible candidates will receive clear guidance during the recruitment process.
We offer roles across flower farming, greenhouse operations, production, processing, logistics, quality control, and farm management. Positions range from seasonal to full-time.
Our farms operate with modern agricultural standards, prioritising worker safety, fair schedules, and sustainable flower production practices. Training is provided for all roles.
Experience is beneficial but not required for many entry-level roles. We provide on-the-job training for farm, greenhouse, and processing positions.
